- This is almost certainly because the server is too loaded down to
- send more then 200 bytes per second. Don't even bother looking at
- throughput numbers when connecting over the internet, they're meaningless
- because there are just WAY too many variables involved, and MANY links on
- the net are just REALLY slow.
